Dr. George H. Sehi is executive dean for Sinclair’s new Courseview Campus Center located in Mason, Ohio. He is well versed in the processes for establishing programs and services for students, having served as dean of Sinclair's Engineering & Industrial Technologies division since 1993 and as a North Central Association of Colleges and Schools consultant-evaluator. Dr. Sehi will also continue in his role as dean of the Science, Math, and Engineering division, aided by a new organizational structure for the division. His work with Sinclair's SME division has resulted in a wide array of partnerships with business, industry, and community groups. |

Dr. Sehi has a strong record of accomplishment in securing external funding through grants and contracts. He is very familiar with the communities that will be served by our new campus, evidenced in part by his participation in Leadership Warren County and in membership on the Warren County Area Progress Council . Dr. Sehi holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, a master's degree in mechanical engineering, and a doctoral degree in academic administration from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. |

Cheryl Reindl-Johnson is the associate dean for Curriculum and Operations for Sinclair Community College Courseview Campus Center in Mason. She has taught at Sinclair since 2002, most recently serving as associate professor and chairperson of the Business Information Systems department. She has more than twenty years of academic and administrative experience, and she recently graduated from the Academy for Leadership and Development and from Leadership Warren County. |

| Professor Reindl-Johnson holds two bachelor’s degrees from Wilmington College, a master’s degree from Miami University, and an educational specialist degree from Nova Southeastern University where she is pursuing her doctorate in computer technology in education. | |||

Amy Droege resides in Mason with her husband and three children and has worked in the community for the past nine years. After earning her A.T.S. from U.C. Raymond Walters College, she began working for L-3 Communications Cincinnati Electronics in Mason. While working full time, she attended Wilmington College in the evenings and attained her B.A. in business management. Lifelong learning has been her passion, as evidenced by her pursuit of her M.S. Ed. in college student personnel at the University of Dayton. Her overall mission is to empower students to continue their educational goals while balancing family, work, and studies. |
Donna C. Maldonado is a native of Rochester, New York. She holds an M.S. in Career & Human Resource Development and a B.A. in Professional & Technical Communications from Rochester Institute of Technology. She has worked in higher education for over 11 years as an academic advisor and instructor of first year enrichment courses. She started out as a community college student and believes that journey gave her the beginning "tools" for her toolbox. Through the years, her passion has always remained focused on students and success strategies for their own toolbox! She recently moved from Rochester to Springboro, Ohio with her family and is looking forward to exploring the Buckeye State. |
